I am a chemical engineer(Plant Operator), my responsibility to handle the plant process ( operation and maintenance) in GGS(gas gathering station) is like (Natural Gas ,slug salti water,Liquid hydrocarbon )separation and filtration . Natural Gas sweeting (gas treatment) process in GSU unit with Amines Salution (MDEA). (Co² , H2S Absorption by amine and amine regeneration process.) Natural Gas Dehydration process by Glycol ( MEG,TEG,) (Natural gas moisture absorption and regeneration process by Mono ethylene glycol and triethylean glycol ). Hydrocarbon dew point (HCDP ) unit in Cooling -15 C° by Propen cycle process, All Units monitoring and control by DCS SCADA (ABB-8000)systems from Control room. I have experience in over all plant startup and shutdown according to SOP. All Statics and rotery equipment operational problem breakdown of centrifugal pump, Reciprocating pump,Gear pump , screw pump. which are installed in GGS and closely Monitoring of process parameters like temperature, pressure, vibration, noise, Flow, level, suction pressure and discharge pressure monitoring and control by DCS SCADA (AAB-8000) systems.
