We thoroughly analyze their manpower needs in keeping with their business size & structure, industry, work culture and growth plans, etc.
Overseas ProcessesCertificates Certification : We check the authenticity of educational and experience certificates and before we ask candidates for further process, we ensure that certificates are attested by respective university and state HRD.After that we send certificates for attestation to :
- Understanding the requirement: We interact with the concerned person to thoroughly understand the requirement of the client. This is a very essential step as it directly affects the resume filtering process.
- Resume sourcing: We make use of a variety of effective platforms to source resumes which include our data base, job portals, and employee referrals.
- Resume Short listing: We have experts who filter the resumes based on different criteria including skill set, years of experience, location, and projects worked on, previous employers, salary expectations & education qualifications, etc.
- Interview scheduling: We coordinate everything efficiently right from intimating the candidate regarding the interview call, checking the availability of the interview panel & scheduling an interview at the earliest.
- Salary negotiation: We act as a mediator between the candidate and the company to reach a mutually agreeable decision.
- Follow up: WE keep in constant touch with candidates to ensure that they do not have any problems or issues. Our focus is on preventing no-shows at any costs.
Medical Check - Up :

- Respective Embassy / Saudi Culture Attestation & Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia Attestation.
After final selection we send the concern for medical checkup by the authorized medical center, GAMCA of the respective Embassies of Country of Employment.Application for Visa : Then We send your complete application for visa endorsement to the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia with original visa, certificates, medical reports and passport.Ticketing and Emigration Formalities : The employer may send PTA or remit necessary traveling expenses in favor of Ă˘€śSDP HR SOLUTIONĂ˘€ť to facilitate traveling as scheduled. We obtain emigration clearance from the concerned government department for the candidates.Orientation before Departure : Basic orientation is given to each candidate before traveling.

Once we receive the clientĂ˘€™s approval, we go ahead and schedule an interview after checking the convenience of both the client and the candidate.
- Turn Around Time:
We ensure that the best resources are found as per the clientsĂ˘€™ requirements within the shortest possible time. In case, the clients have some specialized requirements, then we may require more time to locate the best candidates for the position.
- Skills Available in-house
In case we have the required resources that meet the criteria specified by the clients, we ensure speedy processes and provide the required number of resources on an immediate basis.
- Skills required are on Deployment
In case the skill set specified by the clients are deployed on an existing project, then we may need some extra time to fulfill the requirements specified by them. The status of the ongoing project will be assessed and the availability of the resources will be communicated to the client.
- Skills Unavailable
In case the kind of resources required by the client is presently not available in our database, then we would need some time to fulfill the requirements in an efficient manner.
- Special Head Hunting Assignments:
In case the clients require qualified and experienced resources from particular industry, then we may be required to do comprehensive research to come up with a suitable match. We have an expert headhunting team that specializes in completing such headhunting tasks effieciently and in minimum time.
