A family run manufacturing organization in pune (Turnover @ Rs 3500 Cr, 35 plants across India, 3200 management staff) has following urgent requirements.

1. IR Head (CTC Range 25-30 Lpa)

The role comprises of handling Strategic and Operational IR with exposure to LTS, contract labour management, compliances, Capability building of workmen, etc.The candidate should be MSW/ MLM with 20-22 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry especially in automobile/ auto components.

2. Manager – Generalist Role (CTC range 12-14 Lpa)

3. Manager – L&D, OD, Leadership Development. Talent Management (CTC range 12-14 Lpa)
The role comprises of End to end implementation of L&D process, experience in competency mapping and assessment, Development and Assessment centres, Talent management and succession planning.
The candidate should be MBA HR with 8-10 years of experience with experience in manufacturing industry.
